Proxy Access Setup

Proxy Access allows myClinicalLabs online portal users to view lab results for other patients. Follow these steps to setup your access.

Step 1

Register for your myClinicalLabs patient portal account.

Step 2

Request a myClinicalLabs ID card for the patient.

Step 3

Sign in to my.ClinicalLabs.com and submit your Proxy Access request.

Step 4

Get approval for your Proxy Access request.
